Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Due to the limited nature of this release, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or unwanted purchases.

1.2 This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Garment Care

2.1 The Kaia Gown must be gently hand washed in cold water using a mild detergent.

2.2 Do not bleach, tumble dry or machine wash. Lay flat to dry and handle the garment with care to preserve its quality and appearance.

Exchanges Shipping & Orders

3.1 A flat express shipping fee of $15 applies to Australian orders.
